**Job Description**

The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in data analysis and a deep understanding of the US healthcare industry. Key responsibilities include reviewing layouts, structures, and carrier specifications to resolve carrier error reports and errors coming from the client's enrollment system.

  • Reviews error reports from the carriers and conducts research to resolve the error.
  • Reviews error reports from the enrollment system's dashboard and identifies solutions to resolve invalid records and file failures. Escalates data issues and follows up with client counterparts for resolution.
  • Resolves data import/validation errors from file imports.
  • Researches and provides resolutions to identified technical issues related to EDI/configuration build. Provides detailed and accurate descriptions of errors/issues to client counterparts, interpreting errors from technical into non-technical terms.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree (preferably in Math, IT, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering) or equivalent work experience. Knowledge of the US healthcare industry is required, as well as high proficiency in EDI and/or API technologies, specifically in insurance enrollment processes. Familiarity with HTML, Javascript, or coding and data management applications (i.e. SQL, XML/JSON, VB, MS Access) is a plus.
