We're seeking an experienced professional to lead our acquisition efforts, focusing on digital channels, including but not limited to digital media and performance marketing (user acquisition and remarketing), partner co-executions, and affiliate marketing. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing and leading a team of managers responsible for ensuring acquisition metrics are delivered by growing and/or developing key acquisition channels;
  • Digital Acquisition: Planning, execution, and measurement of consumer acquisition initiatives on digital channels; Critical tasks include incubating new channels and scaling those that have been proven to work, while managing cost efficiency;
  • On-ground Acquisition: Planning and OTIF execution of offline acquisition initiatives, including community activations and strategic partnerships; Critical tasks include incubation of new execution types with clear objectives, and scaling of existing models with Trade Marketing execution teams;
  • Channel Development: Insight-based ideation, design, testing, and scale of strategic acquisition channels through end-to-end program management from ideation, testing, and scale;

**We're looking for someone with:**

  • Educational Background: College Degree;
  • Years of Work Experience: 7+ years;
  • Work Background / Experience: Brand/Marketing/Consulting with experience leading a team with different focuses;
  • Level of Knowledge: High Business Acumen, Sharp Data-drivenness and Creativity, Functional Expertise in Digital/Performance Marketing and Offline;
  • Skills and Functional Competencies: Proficiency in Word/Excel/Ppt or similar, Business Math Proficiency, PnL Management, Analytics & Insighting Experience;
