**The Role:**

We seek an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our operations team. This role involves providing administrative support to ensure seamless coordination of meetings, reports, and directives.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize meetings and events with various departments;
  • Monitor reports from operating departments for reference purposes;
  • Ensure timely transmission of directives, instructions, and documents;
  • Monitor execution of specific directives and instructions;
  • Prepare briefers and talking points for officers as needed;
  • Draft memoranda and other forms of communication;
  • Coordinate administrative and logistical requirements;
  • Perform additional tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.

**Essential Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's Degree relevant to the position;
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience;
  • Relevant training and certifications.
