**The Role:**
We seek an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our operations team. This role involves providing administrative support to ensure seamless coordination of meetings, reports, and directives.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Organize meetings and events with various departments;
- Monitor reports from operating departments for reference purposes;
- Ensure timely transmission of directives, instructions, and documents;
- Monitor execution of specific directives and instructions;
- Prepare briefers and talking points for officers as needed;
- Draft memoranda and other forms of communication;
- Coordinate administrative and logistical requirements;
- Perform additional tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.
**Essential Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's Degree relevant to the position;
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience;
- Relevant training and certifications.
