We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to develop and manage TikTok affiliate marketing campaigns, drive revenue growth through partnerships, and optimize influencer relationships on the platform.
Key Responsibilities:- Affiliate Program Management
- Lead the management and execution of TikTok affiliate programs, focusing on maximizing engagement and revenue by collaborating with influencers, content creators, and affiliate partners to create and promote affiliate links, ensuring that affiliate content aligns with TikTok trends.
- Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with new TikTok influencers and affiliate partners who can drive business results and increase brand visibility.
- Campaign Strategy & Optimization
- Develop and implement effective strategies for driving affiliate sales through TikTok, leveraging data insights to inform decision-making and ensure campaign success.
- Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance (e.g., clicks, conversions, sales) to optimize efforts and deliver results by identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve affiliate content performance and increase return on investment (ROI).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams, including social media, content, and creative teams, to ensure TikTok affiliate content aligns with brand goals and resonates with target audiences.
- Partner with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Design, Sales) to create compelling marketing materials, including tracking links, promo codes, and banners for TikTok campaigns.
- Data-Driven Reporting
- Track, report, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate affiliate program success and identify opportunities for growth.
- Deliver regular reports on campaign performance, influencer engagement, and affiliate revenue to stakeholders.
- Use data to identify trends and opportunities for program growth and make informed decisions to optimize performance.
- Compliance & Best Practices
- Ensure all affiliate content follows TikTok's community guidelines and legal requirements (disclosure, branding, etc.) to maintain a positive brand reputation and avoid any potential risks or liabilities.
- Stay updated with TikTok's evolving platform rules and affiliate marketing trends to ensure compliance and best practices.
