Quality Assurance Leader

Job Title: Senior QA Automation Lead

As a senior quality assurance leader, you will spearhead the quality strategy across teams to ensure reliability, performance, and scalability of our web and software products. You will mentor quality assurance engineers, drive automation initiatives, and collaborate closely with engineering, product, and DevOps teams to align quality efforts with company objectives.

Your responsibilities include:

• Leading the quality assurance team in defining and implementing testing strategies, frameworks, and best practices across all projects.\
• Driving test planning, prioritization, and execution of both manual and automated testing across frontend, backend, and mobile systems.\
• Overseeing the design, development, and maintenance of scalable, reusable automated test scripts that simulate end-to-end user interactions across platforms.\
• Monitoring automation test coverage and execution results, ensuring issues are identified early and release cycles are efficient and reliable.\
• Reviewing test results and quality metrics, preparing leadership-level reports and recommendations for quality improvements and risk mitigation.\
• Maintaining and enhancing the automation framework, testing tools, and CI/CD integrations to support continuous testing.\
• Mentoring quality assurance engineers and fostering a culture of accountability, technical excellence, and continuous learning within the quality team.\
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate quality processes seamlessly into the development lifecycle and release workflows.\
• Proactively identifying gaps in quality processes and leading initiatives for operational excellence and innovation in quality practices.\
• Exploring and integrating AI-driven testing solutions to enhance automation efficiency, such as intelligent test generation, self-healing scripts, and predictive defect detection.\
• Developing and executing comprehensive test plans and scenarios to ensure software quality and reliability.\
• Utilizing advanced testing tools and technologies, including Selenium, Cypress, Appium, and Robot Framework.\
• Evaluating and addressing complex GUIs, APIs, and platform testing requirements.\
• Managing source control using Git, Bitbucket, and other version control systems.\
• Cultivating a proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented approach to quality assurance, with a strong commitment to continuous improvement.\
• Serving as a role model and effective leader, inspiring high-performing quality teams and driving business outcomes.\
• Navigating collaboration and communication effectively within and across teams to achieve shared goals.\
• Maintaining in-depth knowledge of testing, verification, and validation techniques to ensure software quality and integrity.

Requirements:

• \
• Minimum 5+ years experience in manual and automation testing, with at least 1 year of team leadership experience.\
• Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing test plans and scenarios.\
• Proficiency in writing automated tests using Selenium, Cypress, Appium, and Robot Framework.\
• Strong understanding of complex GUIs, APIs, and platform testing requirements.\
• Effective management of source control using Git, Bitbucket, and other version control systems.\
• Familiarity with AI-driven testing solutions and their applications in quality assurance.\
• Excellent leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.\
• Ability to navigate complex quality processes and identify areas for improvement.
