Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team at Philcore Builders and Construction Development Corporation.

This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials from various construction suppliers, negotiating prices, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.

• Sourcing materials from civil, electrical, and mechanical suppliers
• Negotiating prices with suppliers to achieve the best deals
• Maintaining relationships with existing suppliers and exploring new opportunities

• Strong knowledge of different materials used in civil, electrical, and mechanical construction
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $85,000 per annum, plus additional benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
