Acquisitions Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Acquisitions Specialist to join our team at Philcore Builders and Construction Development Corporation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and procuring materials from various construction suppliers, including civil, electrical, and mechanical. They will have excellent negotiation skills to secure the best prices for these materials and possess in-depth knowledge of different types of materials used in construction projects.

• Sourcing and procuring materials from civil, electrical, and mechanical suppliers.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and competitive pricing.
• Negotiating prices and terms with suppliers to optimize material costs.
• Staying up-to-date with market trends and new technologies in the construction industry.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Extensive experience in procurement or a related field.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of construction materials and their applications.
• A strong understanding of supply chain management principles.

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
