About the Role

Our organization specializes in sustainably operating mixed-use multifamily properties in major West Coast markets. We leverage technology to offer a superior rental living experience to residents in small- to medium-size buildings.

We're seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Database Developer. This individual will be responsible for transforming raw data into meaningful insights, designing and developing SQL Server solutions, and collaborating with users and team members at various levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand business requirements and design a data model to extract valuable insights from large datasets.
  • Develop data transformations using SQL Server integration services (SSIS).
  • Design and develop SQL Server stored procedures, functions, triggers, and views to support ETL processes.
  • Document solutions, including data models, configurations, and setup.
  • Work on data warehouse development and collaborate with team members on SSIS and SSRS reporting.
  • Convert business requirements into technical specifications and implement them through reports that support decision-making.
  • Analyze current ETL processes, define new systems, and improve existing ones.
  • Create dashboards and interactive visual reports using Power BI and SSRS.
Requirements
  • At least 5+ years of experience in data-related roles.
  • Proficiency in BI tools and systems such as Power BI, SSRS, SSIS.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft BI Stack.
  • Knowledge of data analysis principles.
  • Experience in developing SSIS-based integrations with external data sources.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce data integration approaches is desired.
  • Familiarity with Yardi is a plus.
