Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team at Calamba Doctors College as a Registrar Staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing office operations, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage office operations, including data entry, records management, and data analysis.
  • Provide administrative support to the registrar's office, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including student information and academic records.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and college policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve college goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of Office Management or any related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with data entry, records management, and data analysis applications.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Solid critical thinking and organizational skills.
