We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to our team. Key responsibilities include maintaining filing systems, submitting reports, and providing general support to visitors.
Key duties:
- Develop and maintain accurate and organized filing systems
- Submit and reconcile petty cash reports in a timely manner
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to visitors
- Generate reports as required by management
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Carry out administrative tasks such as typing, copying, and scanning
- Organize travel arrangements for senior managers
- Book conference calls, rooms, and other travel arrangements
- Cover the reception desk when required
- Maintain computer and manual filing systems
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Coordinate office procedures and ensure seamless operations
