Senior Business Insights Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Business Insights Specialist to join our Mobile App Product Team.

You will create exceptional user experiences on both Android and iOS. As a key member of the Mobile App Product Team, your role encompasses not only measuring and analyzing user behavior but also participating in decision-making processes regarding future app directions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define KPIs and measurement plans, creating detailed reports and dashboards. Develop data-driven insights that inform product decisions.
  • Collaborate with Engineers to prepare measurement specifications for new features. Ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
  • Work closely with an agile product development team on a day-to-day basis, contributing to standups, brainstorming sessions, planning, and backlog refinements.
  • Develop and analyze A/B testing plans to enhance user experience and ultimately conversion.

Required Skills:

  • Over 3 years of experience in digital analytics.
  • Proficiency in SQL, including data exports and SELECT statements.
  • Thorough understanding of statistics, including averages, means, quantiles, correlation, etc.
  • Excellent proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, with the ability to collect and analyze data to generate business insights.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
