Chief Financial Officer

We are seeking a seasoned accounting professional to lead internal finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate will oversee daily accounting functions, maintain accurate financial records, and prepare financial statements.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations.
- Maintain timely and accurate financial reporting, including month-end and year-end closing.
- Develop and analyze financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and business decision-making.
- Provide scenario analysis and cash flow projections to management.
- Prepare and file U.S. corporate tax returns and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
- Liaise with auditors and tax authorities as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Professional certification (CPA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in a managerial or senior role.
The ideal candidate possesses strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, practical experience with U.S. tax law, and familiarity with audit processes and buy-side financial due diligence.
