Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Senior Staff to join our team at BONAFIDE TRAINOLOGY PLACEMENT SERVICES. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for sourcing and negotiating contracts with suppliers, ensuring that we obtain the best possible prices and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and negotiating contracts with suppliers
  • Secure, analyze, and negotiate quotations from different suppliers
  • Entertain sales representatives introducing their products
  • Approve supplier invoices
  • Coordinate and make necessary arrangements for processing discrepancies found on supplied items and materials

Requirements:

  • Graduate of a 4-year course preferably related to Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience as Procurement Staff
  • Knowledge of the following: o Procurement/Purchasing function, Budgeting, Auditing, and Sourcing
  • Supplier Accreditation and Evaluation, MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Good in logical, analytical, and communication skills, and a team player
