About the Role

The Finance Analyst will provide critical support to our Senior Finance Business Partner in delivering strategic financial planning, analysis, and reporting for cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing actionable insights through comprehensive analysis of key business drivers, variances, and trends.
  • Collaborating with Product Managers to create comprehensive business cases for new product initiatives.
  • Playing a pivotal role in budgeting and forecasting cycles for product-related functions.
  • Compiling and assessing monthly financial commentary to ensure accuracy, clarity, and timeliness.
  • Conducting ad-hoc financial analyses to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Managing and enhancing financial models and reporting tools to drive effective analysis.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong interest in building a career in finance, holding a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, financial modeling) and experience using SAP and Power BI.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills, with a proactive approach to tasks.
