Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop an understanding of payment processes and treasury functions.
  • Respond to queries in a timely manner and ensure all items are actioned as expected.
  • Communicate relevant information to colleagues within the team.
  • Ensure customer information is retained within the pertinent file.
  • Complete daily tasks in a timely and effective manner, escalating outstanding items to management.
  • Provide support to the payments team by contacting global banking partners regarding incoming and outgoing payment transactions.
  • Authenticate documentation and transaction information.
  • Organize Treasury meetings, set agendas, and circulate meeting minutes.
  • Maintain effective communication between the Treasury department, internal departments, and counterparty banks.
  • Adhere to Anti-Money Laundering policies and the Company's internal controls.
Requirements:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint & Word).
  • Diligent, conscientious, organized, and accurate.
  • Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
  • Treat company resources, processes, and people with respect, honesty, and integrity.
  • Fluent in English, providing practical examples.
  • Experience working in a Customer Service/Business Role.
  • Understanding of regulatory environments to ensure adherence to internal controls and procedures.
