Brand Design Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Midweight Brand Designer to play a pivotal role in bringing our brand to life across various channels.

Job Responsibilities:
  • The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to execute visually compelling designs across digital and print formats.
  • Design and deliver high-quality assets, including presentations, social media graphics, landing pages, digital ads, email banners, and sales collateral.
  • Contribute to creative concepts and ideation for marketing campaigns, advertising programs, and brand initiatives.
  • Support the evolution of our visual identity, ensuring brand consistency while pushing for fresh, innovative approaches.
  • Problem-solve creatively and take ownership of design projects from concept to completion.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of two years experience in a similar brand design role, working in-house or at an agency across both digital and print formats.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates strong brand design principles and craft, a modern aesthetic, creative thinking + excellent attention to detail.
  • A strong grasp of brand thinking, easily understanding and applying the visual language and tone.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to follow creative direction.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present ideas and receive feedback effectively.
