Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to spearhead our digital marketing efforts.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns, including targeting and generating leads, conducting market research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize our digital strategies.

This role involves working directly with clients to deliver tasks outlined in the responsibilities section – see below.

Responsibilities
  • Create engaging online content as needed, such as blogs, press releases, e-books, whitepapers, website content, etc.
  • Manage company social media efforts under different platforms, such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and other necessary platforms.
  • Develop and maintain company newsletter campaigns.
  • Execute marketing campaigns, such as email, PPC, retargeting, direct mail, etc.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), create weekly and monthly reports, and suggest action plans to improve KPIs.
  • Meet with clients and report marketing performance, discuss issues, and create solutions to alleviate problems.
  • Complete drafts and/or finished projects within schedule.
  • Develop content for marketing materials, such as brochures, proposals, quotes, presentations, and all company materials deemed necessary.
  • Collaborate in the creation of marketing plans, including product positioning, campaign strategies, and providing insights.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing.
  • Degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Creative and innovative approach.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
