About the Role

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee our operations team, ensuring seamless execution and driving process improvements.

  • Collaborate with Technology teams to drive automation initiatives, enhancing overall efficiency and supporting business growth.
  • Gather business requirements, prioritize requests, and manage stakeholder expectations effectively, fostering a positive company culture.
  • Work closely with senior management to align priorities and support needs, leading cross-functional strategic projects and implementing local initiatives for operational excellence.
The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a professional with:

  • 10+ years of experience in building and mentoring high-performing teams within large-scale organizations.
  • Proven success in driving strategic commercial projects, particularly in e-commerce.
  • Excellent communication skills, delivered with a positive attitude.
  • A growth mindset, open to change and innovation, with up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and changes in the e-commerce ecosystem.
  • Experience collaborating with Technology teams on automation projects and managing revenue operations in large-scale organizations.
