Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the time-tracking system to ensure accurate and up-to-date records of employee hours worked.
  • Analyze daily, weekly, and semi-monthly variance reports to identify any discrepancies or issues.
  • Collaborate with management to implement corrective actions and improve compliance with time and attendance guidelines.
  • Assist in preparing pre-payroll processing activities, including data entry and reconciliation.
  • Process payroll twice a month, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Review payroll transactions and address any errors or discrepancies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in payroll administration, preferably in a BPO or Shared Services environment.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software and Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
