This role is a crucial part of our global team's cash collection efforts, requiring strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a high-volume multi-currency ledger, ensuring adherence to agreed-upon terms and conditions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, taking cultural and regional differences into account while enforcing agreed terms.
  • Effectively handle queries and investigations, collaborating with other departments to ensure swift resolutions and efficient OTC flow.
  • Cash allocation and identification of payments, including categorization and resolution within the month of payment received.
  • Carefully process final notices, working with internal stakeholders to take appropriate actions in cases of non-payment, up to account closure and service termination.
  • Ensure compliance with document processes and DOA approvals at all times.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful cash collecting in a busy global AR team, tenacious and professionally assertive, advanced Excel skills, and hands-on experience with accounting systems (NetSuite preferred). Strong written and oral communication skills, along with interpersonal and organizational skills, are also essential for success in this role.
