Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing innovative visual concepts using computer software to communicate ideas that inspire and engage our audience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualize and create visually appealing designs for social media, advertisements, brochures, and other marketing materials.
  • Utilize AI tools for video prompting, image generation, and creative design enhancements.
  • Edit recorded raw files into an output ready for posting.
  • Develop overall layout and production design for various marketing channels.
  • Incorporate client feedback and recommendations into final designs.
  • Ensure all outputs align with project briefs and meet high-quality standards.
  • Stay updated with emerging design and AI trends, exploring new software and platforms as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar.
  • Skilled in using AI tools like Sora, Midjourney, Canva AI Tools, Adobe Firefly, DALL·E 3.
  • Intermediate-level photo and layout editing skills using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
  • Excellent taste in design and strong foundation in graphic design principles.
  • Knowledge of digital and print formatting requirements.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
