Visual Design Specialist

The role involves creating captivating visual content for digital and print media in the apparel industry.

Responsibilities
  • Design creation: Developing visually appealing designs for various mediums such as web pages, brochures, logos, signs, book covers, annual reports, and advertisements.
  • Tool proficiency: Proficient in using design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Visual optimization: Selecting appropriate fonts, colors, and layouts to enhance visual appeal and readability.
  • Client collaboration & revision: Developing draft designs for client review and revising based on feedback.
  • Quality assurance: Proofreading and reviewing final designs to ensure accuracy and alignment with client specifications.
  • Project management: Managing multiple design projects while ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Ai design integration (preferred): Generating AI models and manipulating products on AI models using AI tools, especially for apparel design.
  • Packaging design (preferred): Utilizing expertise in packaging (print production knowledge such as product mockup, dielines, bleed, emboss, foil, spot UV, etc.).
Requirements
  • High school graduate or higher.
  • Proficient in using Adobe products.
  • Excellent photo editing skills.
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
  • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Good character and willing to work on a graveyard shift is a plus.
  • Minimum of one year relevant graphic design experience.
  • Available for full-time work.
