A rapidly expanding e-commerce company seeks a seasoned Social Media Manager/Strategist. The ideal candidate will develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy, create captivating content, collaborate with influencers, and drive brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compose compelling social media captions, newsletters, influencer outreach, and video scripts that reflect the brand's voice and values.
  • Design and edit content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts using Canva, producing visually cohesive content from scratch.
  • Manage content calendars, plan campaigns, and organize user-generated content in a structured, timely manner.
  • Monitor key performance indicators, track engagement metrics, and adjust strategies based on insights to enhance reach, engagement, and ROI.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in social media management, content creation, and influencer marketing within an e-commerce brand environment.
  • Fluent English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong copywriting abilities with a focus on crafting engaging content across various platforms.
  • Proficiency in visual design and editing software such as Canva.
  • Organizational and planning excellence with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
