Job Description:

A key role in our organization is seeking a highly skilled Social Media Operations Associate to oversee the management of our social media content. This pivotal position will focus on ensuring accurate tagging and prompt responses to frequently asked questions (FAQs) across our primary channels: LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our social media presence by accurately categorizing and tagging posts to enhance discoverability and analytics. Additionally, they will monitor our social media channels for engagement opportunities and respond to FAQs promptly and appropriately.

This role requires close collaboration with the marketing team to align content strategies and ensure a cohesive brand voice across platforms. The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong analytical and detail-oriented skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in social media management or operations.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
