We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Clearance & Settlement Testing team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and processes.

The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to foster a collaborative and supportive team environment. You will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of testing strategies, ensuring that our systems meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing and UAT experience, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive test plans, including automated testing
  • Lead project management and workflow improvements
  • Evaluate UAT testing status and identify critical risks
  • Design and influence automation strategies for UAT
  • Prepare and execute comprehensive test plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of application issues

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • 13-15 years of software testing and UAT experience
  • 8+ years of IT management experience (preferred)
  • 8 years of Java or Selenium TestNG automation experience
  • 5+ years of people management experience
