Entry Level Position Overview

This is an initial role that necessitates developing a comprehensive understanding of our products and providing application support to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve clients' questions or problems on product use via telephone, Internet, focusing on functionality, operating environments, and system configuration/setup.
  • Maintain a high-quality, professional service-oriented company image among users and team.
  • Provide After Hours support coverage for critical incidents and Special events support as required.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Technology related field.
  • Basic SQL knowledge.
  • Analytical Skills.
  • Detailed oriented with attention on process and quality orientation.
  • Good problem solving and analytic skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Good PC skills with software applications used for testing, troubleshooting, call logging, etc.
  • Good writing and editing skills.
  • Strong organizational skills to deliver effective and timely service to customers.
  • Flexibility to work outside defined role and manage priorities effectively.
  • Able to multi-task and communicate effectively.
Preferred Skills:
  • Software/ERP implementation background preferred but not required.
  • Basic understanding of business processes: Supply Chain Management, Inventory planning, Warehouse management.
