Remote Accounting Specialist">

The company is seeking an experienced accounting specialist to manage financial records using QuickBooks Online and Desktop. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of maintaining accurate books on accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and daily financial entries and reconciliations.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online and Desktop
  • Record and categorize expenses, income, and other financial transactions
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements
  • Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Prepare financial documentation for audits and tax filings
  • Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Desktop required
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience with payroll processing and tax reporting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
