Master Mechanic

As a skilled Mechanical Technician, you will be responsible for conducting maintenance work on all mechanical plant equipment, performing regular inspections, executing assigned tasks, and troubleshooting pneumatics and hydraulic systems.

• Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct routine maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance and reliability of mechanical plant equipment.
  • Identify and report any defects or malfunctions to prevent downtime and minimize losses.
• Supply Chain Management
  • Recommend materials and supplies needed for maintenance and repairs.
  • Ensure the safekeeping of spare parts to guarantee availability when required.
• Departmental Support
  • Perform various mechanical tasks including welding, machining, and other related works as part of multi-skill practices.
  • Oversee the completion of all mechanical activities during shifts to ensure timely completion and support other departments.
• Coordination and Feedback
  • Provide feedback and suggest alterations or modifications to component specifications.
  • Ensure proper turnover of completed tasks and assist in testing of completed works.
• Environment, Health & Safety
  • Comply with corporate policies on environmental, health, and safety standards to maintain accident-free operations and achieve safety objectives.
  Requirements and Qualifications
  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent professional license is mandatory.
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience with skills in Maintenance Repair, Welding, Fabrication.
  • Preferably 1-4 years of experience in Mechanical/Automotive engineering or related fields.
