The role of a Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a client services team to ensure each team member meets and exceeds client expectations regarding task completion, employee attendance, and overall client satisfaction.

The successful candidate must be able to communicate clearly with both clients and team members about ongoing processes and tasks.

He/she must fully understand the company's needs to assist and train team members as necessary.

The ideal candidate will possess self-motivation, high communication skills, result-driven mindset, well-structured organization, strong multitasking abilities, solution-providing skills, ability to think creatively and empathize with valued customers, and determination to be the go-to person.

Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, various web portals, and communication applications is required.

Industry: Outsourcing | Promotions

Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST

Workdays: Monday through Friday

Written and spoken English skills: Very Proficient

  • Ensures client services team members meet the expectations of the client
  • Conducts ongoing training with both new hires and longtime employees
  • Tracks and manages employee attendance
  • Completes regular reviews of employee performance
  • Provides coaching and mentoring to all team members having performance or work issues
  • Collaborates with various teams and departments regarding employee and operational concerns
  • Alerts sales and hiring teams whenever a new hire is needed
  • Regularly reports to the leadership on key team metrics such as team performance, goals, attendance, and other issues

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a team lead role
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the BPO industry
  • Software knowledge: Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office required
