Job Opportunity

The Warehouse and Purchasing Assistant is a vital role in ensuring the efficient management of supplies and equipment at our facilities.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify incoming deliveries for accuracy, quality, and cost;
  • Countercheck delivery receipts to ensure order equality and acknowledge receiving reports;
  • Prepare Central Stores Invoices (CSI) from approved electronic and manual purchase requisitions via Microsoft Great Plains V11 inventory management process and retrieve supplies from stock in preparation for delivery;
  • Maintain the security and organization of the warehouse;
  • Effectively plan space allocation and supply location;
  • Adopt storekeeping methods aligned with operating needs;
  • Determine minimum and maximum stock levels;
  • Closely monitor supplies on stock and determine supplies for replenishment;
  • Oversee periodic inventory counts;
  • Take proper care of inventory items.

Additional duties include managing mini bus trip bookings and preparing reports for mini bus trip charges.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of warehouse operation, inventory management process, purchase order, and requisition system;
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written);
  • Physical fitness;
  • Graduate of Business Administration or Computer Science;
  • Computer literacy;
  • Professional driver's license.
