About the Guest Experience Role

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Guest Experience Manager to create a lasting impression of our brand and provide exceptional service to our guests.

You will be accountable for leading a team of specialists in handling guest inquiries, resolving issues, coordinating with operations, and continually improving guest satisfaction.

  • Directly manage a team of 3-10 guest experience specialists to ensure top-notch service delivery during each shift.
  • Work a non-traditional weekend schedule, where you'll take two consecutive weekdays off in lieu of Saturdays and Sundays.
  • Be responsible for meeting key performance indicators for your team and direct reports, aligning with our overall goals for productivity, efficiency, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the guest experience team to maintain high standards of service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and excellence.
