Job Title: Plant Room Fulfillment Team Leader

The role of the Plant Room Fulfillment Team Leader is to oversee plant room retrofit projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly completion. The incumbent will be responsible for planning, allocating resources, preparing budgets, and monitoring progress.

  • Conduct site surveys, take measurements, and participate in pre-bid walkthroughs as required.
  • Attend tender clarifications and interviews as needed.
  • Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to prepare project proposals, tender submissions, and contractual documents.
  • Work closely with sales teams to create quotations and follow up on service retrofit job opportunities.
  • Regularly track project progress and develop status reports for management.
  • Ensure projects are completed within or under allocated budgets, timelines, and according to plans and specifications.
  • Implement cost reduction initiatives while maintaining quality and productivity.
  • Source and negotiate with suppliers and vendors for quotations and requirements.
  • Compile supplier quotations, assess them, and prepare costing sheets.
  • Maintain good relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
  • Keep estimating logs and unit costs for all projects.
  • Determine Bills of Quantity.
  • Adhere to company policies and safety regulations for operational efficiency.
  • Research and recommend new technologies for project development tasks.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering.
  • In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems.
  • Ability to read and understand plans and specifications.
  • Familiarity with local and industry codes regulating the HVAC industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Projects.
