Marketing Campaign Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead the development and execution of effective marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional copywriting skills, strong storytelling abilities, and experience managing creative teams. They will be responsible for crafting compelling messaging, overseeing campaign strategy, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content.

  • Campaign Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.
  • Copywriting: Create engaging copy for email templates, nurture sequences, video sales letters, landing pages, and social media ads.
  • Content Calendar Management: Oversee the planning, creation, and publication of relevant and valuable content across various channels.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of creative professionals, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing future campaigns accordingly.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 6+ years of B2B marketing experience with a focus on strategy and execution.
  • Exceptional copywriting skills, including the ability to craft compelling email templates, nurture sequences, and video sales letters.
  • Strong storytelling and positioning abilities, with a talent for translating complex ideas into clear, engaging campaigns.
  • Proven experience in managing and leading creative teams, with a focus on driving results-oriented projects.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot, with expertise in setup, workflows, automation, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
