Key Accountabilities

The successful candidate will be accountable for delivering a range of key initiatives aimed at driving HR process improvements and achieving business outcomes. These include:

Talent Acquisition and Retention
  • Develops and implements strategies to improve employee engagement, retention, and overall talent management capabilities.
  • Aligns HR vision and goals with the organization's business objectives, driving process improvements and metrics that support achievement of these goals.
Employee Relations and Engagement
  • Oversees strategic and administrative aspects of day-to-day Human Resources operations, encompassing various areas such as departmental development, HRIS/payroll systems, employee relations and engagement, training and development, benefits and compensation, recruitment and retention.
  • Leads and implements human resources practices and objectives that foster a high-performance culture emphasizing empowerment, standard quality and productivity, goal attainment and development of an exceptional workforce.
Human Resources Operations
  • Coordinates and implements people-related services, policies, and programs, assisting and advising employees on Human Resources issues and concerns.
  • Upholds and enforces organizational culture, values, mission, and policies guiding employee behavior and decisions, fostering a culture of integrity, trust, and respect.
Talent Pipeline and Succession Planning
  • Develops talent pipeline and succession plan for the organization.
