Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition and Retention
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Design and execute plans to improve employee retention and minimize turnover.
- Employee Relations
- Serve as a trusted advisor for employee concerns and foster a culture of open communication.
- Resolving employee issues and conflicts in a fair, timely manner.
- Training and Development
- Analyze training needs and create customized programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Craft and implement comprehensive onboarding processes for new hires.
- Performance Management
- Develop and implement performance evaluation processes to support employee growth and achievement.
- Provide coaching and guidance to employees to improve job performance and career prospects.
- Compliance and Policies
- Evaluate and ensure adherence to relevant labor laws, regulations, and corporate HR policies.
- Regularly review and revise HR policies to maintain alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- HR Administration
- Manage payroll, benefits administration, and employee record-keeping operations.
- Prepare and analyze HR metrics to inform business decisions.
- Workplace Culture and Engagement
- Create engaging experiences to promote teamwork and collaboration among employees.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization.
