Key E-commerce Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced e-commerce professional to develop and maintain our Shopify store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating engaging content across social media platforms and collaborating with our marketing and leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • E-commerce Development:
    • Build, customize, and maintain our Shopify store for optimal performance and conversion
    • Launch new product pages, landing pages, and promotional campaigns
    • Integrate apps, marketing tools, and analytics platforms
    • Ensure a mobile-optimized, visually engaging, and user-friendly store experience
    • Monitor and improve site SEO, page speed, and conversion rates
  • Social Media Strategy & Execution:
    • Plan and post daily content across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
    • Create eye-catching graphics, short videos, and engaging captions that match our fun, bold brand voice
    • Manage community engagement—reply to comments, messages, and tagged posts
    • Run paid ad campaigns and track performance
    • Collaborate with influencers and brand partners to boost reach
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years working with Shopify (theme customization, app integrations, troubleshooting)
  • Skills: Proficiency in HTML/CSS/Liquid and Shopify admin features; Strong graphic design ability (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator); Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices
  • Mindset: Creative and proactive problem solver; Able to work independently while meeting deadlines; Flexible with U.S. business hours for collaboration
