About this Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced designer to join our marketing team and drive the creative direction of our brand presence. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with our business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to create visually compelling designs that reflect current trends while staying true to the brand's identity. They will also possess excellent communication skills, allowing them to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary overseer of how the brand is visually represented across all marketing channels.
  • Develop and implement a consistent visual brand language, ensuring harmony and accessibility across campaigns, events, and collateral.
Design Execution:
  • Create high-quality designs for digital marketing campaigns, website assets, landing pages, social media, email, events, sales enablement, and advertising.
  • Translate campaign ideas and briefs into polished, on-brand creative that adheres to design best practices to drive engagement and conversion.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of professional design experience within a B2B SaaS or technology marketing environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing diverse digital and print marketing work, particularly in B2B SaaS examples.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma, with knowledge of Canva, Adobe Premiere, and Adobe After Effects.
  • Excellent graphic design, layout design, asset design, and web skills.
  • Experience creating infographics, marketing visuals, and presentations.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot CMS and Emails, Wordpress, and HTML/CSS.
