Call Center Agent

We are looking for a highly skilled Call Center Agent - Benefits and Payroll to join our team. As a Compensation Helpdesk Representative, you will work on a compensation helpdesk account in Quezon City and be responsible for handling various tasks related to sales compensation administration.
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues related to sales compensation
- Analyze and process complex compensation data using comp tools such as Anaplan, Callidus/SAP, OIC, Xactly, and Salesforce
- Create SQL scripts to extract quantitative data and perform data analysis
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of results
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in sales compensation administration
- Proficiency in creating SQL scripts to extract quantitative data
- Experience working with CRM tools and case management
- Ability to work in 24 * 7 shifts and on call rotation
