This is a full-time position responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth golf course operations.

The key areas of responsibility include:

  1. Main Point of Contact - Maintain a well-organized work space and resolve any issues that arise with players in all outside areas, ensuring a positive experience for our guests.
  2. Equipment Management - Monitor golf carts and caddie performance, provide feedback to the Caddie Master and Technicians, and ensure that equipment is in good working condition.
  3. Player Management - Manage player expectations, enforce dress code, and maintain accurate records of all players.
