Filinvest Group is seeking a highly skilled Golf Operations Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our golf operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth golf course operations and providing exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining a well-organized workspace and resolving any issues that arise with players on the course.
  • Monitoring golf carts and caddie performance, and providing feedback to the Caddie Master and Technicians.
  • Managing player records and expectations, and enforcing dress code policies.

We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
