Your Skills and Qualifications:- You hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Business Information Systems, Information Management, Information Technology, or related courses.
- With 3 years of relevant experience in the Business Analysis field supporting Service, Sales, Marketing, or Customer Care organizations, you have developed a solid understanding of CRM systems and process improvements.
- You possess experience working with Oracle Sales Cloud or similar systems (CRMoD, Salesforce, Dynamics), as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneNote) and modeling tools like Microsoft Visio.
- Familiarity with SAFe Agile, Stage-Gate process, or similar methodologies is an asset, as is knowledge of process mapping, modeling, and data mapping.
