Job Description:

The Procurement and Payment Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in streamlining procurement and payment processes. This involves overseeing end-to-end purchasing activities, from requisition to payment, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining excellent vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Processing PO and Non-PO Invoices
  2. Achieving accurate processing of withholding tax and value-add tax relating to invoices
  3. Maintaining the AP-related inbox
  4. Performing AP subledger reconciliation to General Ledger
  5. Reviewing employee expenses and coordinating with employees
  6. Reviewing employee expenses for reconciliation with credit card statements
  7. Collaborating with other groups outside of PTP to resolve issues
  8. Managing vendor queries and disputes
  9. Maintaining the vendor master supplier database
  10. Preparing various weekly and monthly reports regarding approval processes
Qualifications:
  1. Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  3. Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.
