Customer Service Representative

Description

We are seeking a customer-focused support specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and guiding users through complex problems.

This role involves leveraging technology to optimize processes and developing self-service opportunities for a seamless, first-class user experience.

You will be the primary point of contact for users experiencing issues with our platform, and your goal will be to resolve their queries promptly and accurately.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist users by answering their questions coming through various channels.
  • Resolve customer queries, recommend solutions, and guide product users through features and functionalities.
  • Troubleshoot login issues, user-reported bugs/issues encountered while using our platform, billing/payment queries.
  • Manage multiple customer cases simultaneously and provide timely and accurate customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with technical and development teams to resolve platform-related problems.

Requirements

  • Degree in computer science or information technology.
  • Experience with Intercom, Stripe/Paddle is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in tech or web-based platform support.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid knowledge of our product and issues that commonly arise.
