About the Job

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who can facilitate communication among project teams, stakeholders, and functional groups. The ideal candidate will have experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, as well as proficiency in project management tools and techniques.


Responsibilities
  • Lead project teams and coordinate with stakeholders to meet project objectives
  • Facilitate project meetings and prepare minutes
  • Prepare weekly status reports and identify necessary tasks, dependencies, and resources
  • Create and track project schedules, assess risks, and identify issues and solutions
  • Monitor progress against schedule and take remedial action as needed

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager or related role
  • Proficient in Software Development Management, End-to-End Project Management, Compliance Management, and Post-Implementation
  • Experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Knowledge of Infrastructure ERP System Development and Migration
  • Good at multitasking, strong analysis and critical thinking skills, and a highly organized person

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) System, Customer Information System, Meter Data Management System
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy in work outputs
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels
