
Financial Record Manager

We are seeking an experienced bookkeeper to manage our financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in QuickBooks, experience in setting up payroll for US-based companies, and expertise in establishing accounting or bookkeeping processes from the ground up.
Responsibilities include reconciling accounts, preparing financial statements, assisting with tax preparation, and providing monthly financial reports to clients.
Experience working in California-based companies is preferred, as well as proficiency in HubSpot and ClickUp for management and communication.
Key qualities of the successful candidate include:

- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Able to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
