Key Data Insights Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing data-driven methodologies, analyzing client data, and enforcing quality testing best practices.

    Develops data-driven methodologies using LexisNexis data assets to prepare for analysis.

  • \

    Clarifies and/or enhances stakeholder understanding of test objectives and the data required to support the test.

  • \

    Analyzes client data, identifies quality concerns, and communicates these concerns to stakeholders along with suggestions for preventing issues.

  • \

    Enforces data quality testing best practices.

    \\
  • \

    Creates and enhances Python-based reporting tools that allow team members to gain insights about LexisNexis data assets.

  • \

    Performing all other duties as assigned.

  • \

    Bachelor's Degree holder with 1-3 years' experience in data manipulation, cleansing, and modeling or equivalent demonstration of core skill set.

  • \

    Excellent attention to detail, organization, and documentation skills.

    \\
  • \

    Expert oral and written communication skills, including the ability to describe analytical results to non-statistical audiences.

  • \

    Experience with SQL and/or other database technologies.

    \\
  • \

    Experience with using Git.

    \\
  • \

    Familiar with cloud-based tools (e.g., Microsoft Azure).

  • \

    Ability to quickly learn new technologies and programming languages.

      Designs, tests, and executes automated file processing and data reporting workflows.

    • \

      Executes database queries to extract and aggregate LN's data assets into attributes and scores.

      \\
    • \

      Creates and enhances code and tools that support data processes.

      \\
    • \

      Creates and enhances Python-based reporting tools that allow team members to gain insights about LexisNexis data assets.

    • \

      Performs all other duties as assigned.
