Key Responsibilities
  • Attend scheduled briefings and orientations to stay informed about new procedures and technologies.
  • Perform thorough terminal checks prior to dispatch to ensure optimal performance.
  • Deliver and install terminals and printers, as well as consumables, within the prescribed time frame.
  • Conduct on-site inspections, repairs, and complex troubleshooting to resolve technical issues.
  • Provide on-call services during weekends and holidays to ensure continuous support.
  • Prepare detailed documentation for services performed, including Engineering Service Reports (ESRs).
  • Assist merchants with first-level troubleshooting to resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Ensure that all ESRs are completed accurately and thoroughly, with all required information included.
  • Strive to meet quality objectives and implement quality improvement activities as needed.
