Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Debt Recovery Specialist to join our team at Prime Results Payment Collection. As a key member of our collections team, you will be responsible for contacting customers to collect outstanding debts and negotiating payment terms.

About the Role:

As a Debt Recovery Specialist, your primary goal will be to achieve successful collections while maintaining positive customer relationships. You will maintain a professional demeanor and adhere to company policies and legal requirements to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local collection laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact customers via phone to remind them of outstanding debts and facilitate payment arrangements.
  • Negotiate payment plans and settlement agreements within company guidelines.
  • Record and update customer information and interactions in the company database.
  • Handle customer inquiries and disputes regarding their accounts.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to handle difficult conversations and remain calm under pressure. Previous experience in collections, customer service, or a related field is preferred, but not required. Proficiency in using computer systems and databases is also essential.

Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000-$65,000 based on industry standards and location considerations. Benefits and other compensation details will be discussed during the hiring process.
