Job Description for Collection Analyst at Gratitude Philippines

We are seeking a skilled Collection Analyst to join our team at Gratitude Philippines. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with delinquent customers, advising borrowers on payment and obtaining promises to pay.

In this role, you will also address customer inquiries and concerns, provide assistance and explain the benefits of good credit standing. Additionally, you will prepare account status reports for assigned accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with delinquent customers to resolve outstanding payments
  • Advise borrowers on payment options and obtain promises to pay
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner
  • Provide assistance and guidance on credit management best practices
  • Prepare and submit account status reports as required
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
  • Experience working with financial companies
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Knowledgeable in various collections techniques
  • Ability to work overtime as required
Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position is estimated to be around ₱30,000 - ₱40,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including opportunities for professional growth and development.
