About the Role

This role will focus on designing and developing technical enablement content for global use within live and virtual environments. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to create engaging e-learning content that provides a continuous learning environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

You'll be responsible for researching and sustaining technical product aptitude, ensuring that you stay up-to-date on new NICE product features and platform releases. Additionally, you'll deliver product and technology-based trainings to various learner profiles, using rapid authoring tools like Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, and Articulate Rise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop technical enablement content for global use within live and virtual environments.
  • Create engaging e-learning content designed to provide a continuous learning environment.
  • Develop and deploy learning assessments to ensure and improve information retention.
  • Keep existing training material updated with each NICE platform version release.
  • Research and sustain technical product aptitude.
  • Deliver product and technology-based trainings to various learner profiles.
